Doheny.com leads the pool supply industry in free, fast and accurate delivery. All you ever pay is a single handling fee per order of up to $10.99.

When you see "NEXT DAY" the product will be delivered tomorrow from one of our six warehouses. Enter your 5-digit Zip Code here to see if you qualify for Next Day Delivery. Doheny’s Water Warehouse offers free next day delivery to most of the U.S. for all Water Warehouse brand chemicals and many of our most popular swimming pool supplies. Next Day Delivery Service does not mean Next Day Air, but simply that your qualifying products will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you resulting in delivery the next day.

Some details regarding this service:
Other than for Kenosha, Wisconsin, not all products are stocked at all locations and therefore not available for next day delivery. Only those items with a Next Day Delivery designation (arrow or red dot) can be expected to arrive the next day and orders must be placed by 4pm local time (exceptions are Florida by 2pm, Texas by 2:30pm and Tennessee by 3pm). If you reside in the next day delivery area served by our Kenosha facility, order in-stock products and place your order by 4pm CST you should receive your order the next day (except Saturday or Sunday). This applies to products even if they do not have a Next Day Delivery designation.

Because next day delivery is not guaranteed for standard service and residential deliveries are made only Tuesday through Saturday, there is a chance that our product will not arrive the next day. While we try our best, unexpected demand can cause products to occasionally be out of stock or create a warehouse backlog that also can prevent shipment the day of the order.

Returns & Replacements

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any Doheny’s product, return it within 14 days for a full product refund, excluding any handling charges. Returns received 15-30 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special return restrictions apply to Zodiac manufactured items, please contact Customer Care for details. We must be notified of a problem with any order within 72 hours of receipt. After 30 days all manufacturers’ warranties apply. To return any merchandise, place it in its original carton and in original (new) condition. Send to: Doheny’s® Returns Dept., 6950 51st Street, Kenosha WI 53144. Fill out the back of the packing slip and include with return shipment.

All returns must be pre-paid and insured. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-574-7665. Refusing delivery on any shipment that is not damaged will result in return shipping deducted from the refund amount. Custom items are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a defect, in which case we will provide a replacement per the manufacturer’s warranty. We must be notified of a problem with a custom item within 72 hours of receipt.

All returned checks are represented. A collection fee and the amount of the check will be debited. A credit card decline for an installment payment will void the payment agreement and accelerate the balance due in full immediately. Payment plans in default and returned checks agree to reasonable fees, collection charges and attorney fees if necessary.
Ordering Online
Ordering online is easy. Navigate through Doheny.com and click on the items you want to purchase to arrive at that product’s ordering page. Enter the quantity in the box provided and then click on the ADD TO CART button. On the Shopping Cart page you will have the option to Check Out or Continue Shopping. If you are browsing through the site and determine that you are finished shopping and no longer wish to add items to your cart, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page. When you arrive on the Shopping Cart page, follow the prompts to complete your order.

If you are accustomed to shopping from the Doheny catalog, rest assured that every product in our catalog is also available through our website at Doheny.com. If you know the item number of the product from the catalog and want to find it on our website, simply enter that number in the search box in the upper right corner of the site.

The volume of products available online at Doheny.com far exceeds the number of products in our catalog, and we encourage customers to search for items online if they cannot be found in the catalog. Additionally, Doheny.com offers Clearance, Discontinued, Gently Used and Sale items not found in the catalog.

All Doheny.com orders are processed the same day they are received and shipped same day if received and confirmed by 4pm CST. You will know if your order has been processed once you have received an Order Confirmation in your email.

For "NEXT DAY," the product will be delivered tomorrow from one of our six warehouses. Orders received on a holiday may take an additional two days for delivery.

You can change your order by calling 1-800-574-7665. Have your Order Number available for our service representative. While Doheny’s will make every effort to change your order as requested, your order may have already shipped and the change may require a return of the shipped item at your expense.
