Beaded liners usually have a border, and create a closer fit with your above ground pool because they snap into the inside perimeter. Overlap liners, on the other hand, actually come over the edge of your pool (hence the name “overlap”), and normally don’t have a border. Overlap expandable liners are made to fit above ground pools with a deep end. If you have a Kayak or FantaSea swimming pool, then you’ll want to purchase a rectangular above ground pool liner (compatible only with those two specific brands).
