Clean pool completely. Brush walls, vacuum and leaf skim.

Per pool's instructions, add pool grade anti-freeze to plumbing lines, plug lines and skimmers where necessary.

Make certain pH and alkalinity are in balance.

Following manufacturer's instructions, close down filter system. Check all drain plugs.

Add chemicals from your Winter Value Kit. Read and follow instructions carefully.

Cover your pool properly and securely with a superior winter cover.

Drain pool to desired water level. Usually below return fittings.
