I put it in my pool yesterday and about an hour later the leaves and dirt were gone.I wish I bought it earlier, I wouldn't have had to vacuum by hand.I didn't have it too long,but if it does what it did yesterday all the time,it is well worth the price.

I cannot say enough good things about the pool rover jr. This cleans our oval pool with ease. I just plug it in, put it in the pool ,turn the switch on the transformer, on and let it go. It picks up everything from leaves to dirt to algae. The only maintenance needed is to take the filter bag out and rinse it of the debris that it cleaned out of your pool, put the bag back and your ready for the next time. If your tired of the time consuming task of manually cleaning your pool this is for you.

I have used this for a month with no problems. Cleans great. I just have one compalint. The bag that comes with it, already has a small hole in it. I called the manufacture to get it repalced under warrenty; unfortnuatly, warrenty doesn't cover the bag and its $50 to replace.

The unit cleans well. I have owned it for going on 3 years. I have an oval pool so it took me a while (a whole season) to figure out the best setting for the axle, and also the time from one end to another. once i figured it out.......smooth as butter. I would give this thing a five star but as others stated....THE CORD!!!!!! This cord is horrible. its made of a foam type material that has cracked and frayed. Its all twisted up after being in the pool for just 5 mins! its frustrating have the "babysit" your pool vaccum.. A swivel device would have been a great idea at the drawing board. But, oh well, cant win em all!! Good luck!!!

The pool rover keeps my pool really clean and the water is clear. We have alot of trees and it keeps the bottom of the pool free of leaves and small debris. I love to watch it work. Great for the money.

After reading all of the reviews, i ordered it. i am also sick of not reaching the middle unless I get in the pool. Hoping not to have to buy and clean so may filters either. I am using the Intex salt system and just purchased the Sand filter system. If this robot cleans it as good as you are saying, should i return the sand filter system? my pool is 15 x 42. thanks everyone

I read the instructions which are very simple, plugged the power supply in, plugged the Rover JR. in and lowered it like the manual said to let the air bubbles out, switched it on and it ran flawlessly, the 30' round above ground was sparkling clean in less than an hour (there were no leaves in yet, mainly sand from the filter) cleaned it all.
Had none of the problems I had read here from some of the users.
I guess the main thing is to keep the power supply dry, which I put on a deck chair with a bucket over top in the event it rains before I notice.

i had my pool rover for 3 years,never had a bit of trouble with it,i see some people had trouble with the cord twisting,when you take the rover out of the pool change the pin to other side,i never have a problem with it twisting
