I went from a hayward Phantom to the aquabot turbo t.
This cleaner gets every bit of the pool except for the steps. (it cannot climb the raised seal area)
It also filters the water as it goes.The turbo t picks up each little bit of debris :dead alage, bits of sand leaves, bugs worms.
The savings on electricty are noticeable compared to running the old booster pump.
Downside is cleaning the filter.
It can get pretty messy in there.

Worth the money. Cleans and scrubs the pool in about an hour. Blows the Polaris away. Just drop in and plug in. The machine does the rest.

exellent product. cleans my 20 x 40 inground gunite kidney shaped pool well. My old unit - Robotec (version of aquabot for store) mainly stayed in the deep end, but the aquabot turbo hits both ends including offset steps. Rarely need to use remote but good for fast spot cleaning. highly recommend this unit

I have a 20 x 40ft kidney shaped gunnite pool. The robot i had in the past didn't cover the entire pool and had to move it manually to hit section. Aquobot Turbo T remote I recently purchased is great. Covers the entire pool and rarely need to use the remote unless i need to spot clean in a hurry. The turn direction is only one way for the remote so you need to hold the turn button till you get to the direction you need. has reverse and forward. Highly recommend this unit. Cleans fast and better than my old one (had a Robotec 100 - same as aquabot but made for a vendor).

WOW - I moved up from a little suction cleaner to the mother of all cleaners--I wouldn't give this up for anything. I went on vacation and the pool was disgusting when I came back..it wasn't even an hour later ...amazingly clean!
