I think this is the best vacuum on the market i have owned it for seven years and still going strong i also like the the idea that the filter on my pool does not need to run as much because of how well the vacuum works.i would recommend this vacuum over and over it saves time just drop it in and walk away and go cut the lawn and get all your other house projects done.the next time i buy another one i will get the remote control seems like it would be a lot of fun having an underwater race vacuum to get to just the areas that are in need Excellent product.

I bought the doplhin diagnostic apx 2 years ago. Although it has worked pretty good for 2 seasons. 2 months after my warranty expired the thing broke down. I have had to send it out to a certified repair center at my own cost. It is a better alternative to pump driven cleaners easing the stress on your filter.

I finally found THE BEST pool cleaner out there. After a lot of trial and error with other cleaners I purchased the Dolphin and I am ecstatic with the results. This thing cleans like no other cleaner I have had! Easy to use and works fast and completely. I have had mine for 2 seasons now and not a single problem. Save me a lot of time and money.

I always thought I was doing a good job cleaning my pool until I treated myself and bought the Dolphin. I dropped it in the pool just to see how it worked, thinking that the pool was clean. It picked up fine particle dirt that I had missed. Even when the pool is dirty, it doesn't kick up the dirt and cloud the water; it gently moves along picking up leaves, sand gravel and fine particles. It also does a great job of scrubbing the sides. I still have to sweep my stairs because it can't negotiate them, but that's small work compared to vacuuming the whole pool. I also love that it doesn't need my filter system to clean my pool. That saved me time and money when closing my pool. I also think it will cut down on opening time since I will be able to start sweeping before the pool it is completely full. The motor runs for about 6 hours randomly moving the unit about the pool. It shuts off itself when finished. The filter is easy to remove and replace, thought I think next season I will buy an ext

Performs well with its long electric cord to allow coverage of a 44' POOL. The only problem is that stiff leaves will sometimes keep the spring loaded entry doors open. Then upon removing the Dolphin from the pool, sweepings empty back into pool. A separated part arrived in the shipping container. I called the manufacturer and a competent person answered the phone, knew the part from the description, and mailed the part that Friday afternoon. Part arrived Monday. Can't complain!

I was excited to get my dolphin. i was hoping that it would cut down on the daily cleaning. i have used it twice and have found that it doesn't do leaves very well at all. The bag which comes with it is heavy and very difficult to clean. They give you a sample disposable bag which works much better and is easy to clean sadly 1 disposable bag is more than $10. I have found them at least $10 cheaper at other stores. so in the end if you net the leaves, use the light weight disposable bag and run your filter while it cleans its good.

I have to say the money spent on the Dolphin is the best money I have spent in the 10 years I have owned a pool. It performs as advertised and the time I save by having the Dolphin take care of the vacuuming is time I have used to enjoy the pool more.

My Dolphin cleaner works okay at best,it goes over the same areas several times and does not clean all areas of the pool. The filter bag is also kind of a pain to clean. If the pool is really dirty its easier to vacuum to waste first then put the dolphin in, otherwise it just stirs up the dirt.

I have owned this product for a couple of months. Although it does a fair job, it seems to be inconsistent when it comes to getting to the water line and some corners of the pool. overall, it has saved me days of pool cleaning time, but dont expect it to do "everything".
