we have to use well water to keep pool filled. always had stains on liner thougt it was a balance problem. used metal out and the liner lost its stains. i was amazed it worked that well and quickly.

I have a 40,000 gal pool and use less than 1/2 bottle to cover the entire pool (thanks for the bonus 8 oz !). Other metal out products usually take 2-3 bottles to cover the same amount ,,, so what a savings. I use Metal Out when I open and close the pool, and maybe once a month in the summer. This product has solved the pink ring problem I use to have in my pool since day one (high manganise content in the water was causing it). Use to have to turn the pool into a chemical stew with Yellow Out and hundreds of dollars of chlorine at the beginning of the season; within a month the ring was back and had to do it all over again. Now I just pour 1/2 bottle of Metal Out in and have sparkling blue water the entire season. My pool has never looked better !
