I called Doheny for help when the lite would not work. They suggested we call the manufacture of the lite. We figured out how to charge the lite and get it to work. It was beautiful however it did not stay on long, about 10 minutes. We thought it may have not been charged enough so we recharged it. It would not come back on.
I called Doheny the next day and was again told to call the manufacture as that was the procedure. I said I did not buy it from them why should I call them. But I did call and was told to fax over our invoice and they would either send parts or replace it. I expected something to be delivered the next day. After a few days I called Swimline inquiring about the lite and the person laughed and said, "you will have to wait, it will be shipped in 3 or 4 days, we get hundreds of these calls every day". I had already waited 3 days. I want to return this lite and get a refund. I really liked the lite but question if it is worth keeping.
