Rating I have had this pump for 11 years and leave it on top of my pool cover all winter long. I wrap it in screening to keep the small bit of leaves and goop out of the pump. I just re-ordered this same pump to replace my existing one, however it does not come with the RS-5 Remote Switch to convert it to automatic operation. Now I have to search for a replacement switch to add to convert it to automatic operation.
