Rating It cuts easy with household scissors to fit to interior outline of your spa. Our spa is outside. I put it in and it only went down to 30 degrees at night, but we had ice and frost on top of our spa cover. That never would have happened before. We used to open the cover and a large amount of steam would come out, but now with the blanket between the water and the cover there is no steam and the air inbetween feels like it is 65 or so. I think we will save the money for the cover in electric in a month or so of winter.
