I have had my pool for 11 years and have always had a really rough time opening. It would take at least a week and many hours of cleaning my filter to get the grayish water clear enough to swim. I have a mesh winter safety cover, so rainwater and snow meltoff gets through. With this kit, I was amazed at how clear the water was. Kids were swimming in just a day or so. It made me happy to have my own pool, and we had a great summer!

This kit is better, and easier on the wallet, than what my local pool service company sold me before. I have used this for a couple of years and have been very pleased with the results. Spring pool opening has been a much easier chore since using the products in this kit.

Last year(2009) was the first time I used this kit. Before that I always bought my winterizing kit from that store with a lighthouse as a logo. Well, it was cheaper, but in the spring when it came time to open the pool, my water was always brown and took weeks to clear up. So I decided, what the heck.. spend a few dollars more and hope for the best.
Well, this spring when I took off the winter cover, I was amazed and shocked... the water was crystal clear.. the first time it ever was like that. This product is worth evey penny you spend and then some. It actually saves you money in the long run... it did me.

Bought this kit last year and I'm back to get one for this year...ordering early so they don't sell out. Made opening my pool easy and saved me a LOT of time in the spring and I'm sure a ton of money on chemicals. My pool was pretty much crystal clear when I opened it. Just had to do some minor clean up and balancing. Kids were happy to get in and swimming quicker this year as well. I recommend this kit very highly.

I usually buy one of the less expensive winterizing kits but went with this one this year because we have been having some phosphate problems. Hopefully this kit will make spring opening easier. I always buy my chemicals from this company because they are easy to work with, have great deals, good selection, and very fast shipping.

We've used this winterizing kit for two years now and it is great! It is easy to use and makes it a breeze to reopen the pool in the summer. This kit is well worth the expense.
