We recommend using a Carpenter’s square or 2 rulers for the most accurate measurement.
For the Carpenter’s Square, place it so it is touching both sides of the spa, then note where the Square touches the spa on the Square. This number is the corner radius measurement to be entered.
For the rulers option, place them one per side of the corner so one end of each ruler is touching the flat part of the spa and the other ends are touching to form a squared corner. The 0 (inches) on the ruler should be in the very corner of the meeting point. Note where the other end of the ruler touches the spa’s radius, which is the point where the curve of the radius corner ends and the straight edge of the spa begins. This number is the corner radius measurement to be entered.
Once you record the final measurement, if it happens to be a fraction off then round the final result down.
If you would like to see a diagram explaining the above, please click on the How To Measure a Radius link in the Corner Radius area of the order form page and you will find a printable and downloadable PDF with instructions and a diagram.
