Installation Requirements
Please Note:
- Always measure from the water’s edge, not the coping.
- This cover is for installation on rectangular shaped inground pools with concrete decks only.
- Installation requires at least 3 feet of clear concrete deck space on all sides of the pool.
- There must be no obstructions within 18 inches of the pool edge, including: slide legs, diving board stands, ladders, or rails.
- If you are replacing an existing safety cover, the new strap placement is not guaranteed to match the previous installation.
Return Policy (Stock Safety Covers)
Manufacturer warranties may be void if the cover is installed improperly or not per ASTM standards.
- 0–14 Days: Stock safety covers returned within the first 14 days, in new, unused condition, and still in the original box are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- 15–30 Days: Stock safety cover returns received 15–30 days after purchase, or any covers that have been taken out of the box, are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Non-Refundable: Any stock safety covers that have been placed on a pool, as well as ALL Custom safety covers, are not returnable and are non-refundable.
