The Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 is a pressure-side pool cleaner that requires a dedicated booster pump (not included) to operate, making it ideal for all inground pool shapes, sizes, and surfaces. Its dual Venturi jets use high-pressure water from the booster pump to deliver powerful vacuum performance, sweeping, scrubbing, and cleaning the pool floor and walls in under 3 hours. While cleaning, it also helps circulate filtered water throughout the pool.
The 280 includes a 31-foot feed hose and connects easily to a dedicated pressure line. It effectively captures both small and large debris—like leaves, acorns, and pebbles—in its single-chamber filter bag, preventing clogging in your pool’s pump basket or filter. This helps extend the life of your filtration system and keeps your pool sparkling clean.
Important: A compatible booster pump is required for operation and is sold separately. This cleaner will not function without one. Pair it with the Pentair Booster Pump for Pressure Cleaners or the Hayward Booster Pump for Pressure Cleaners (3/4 HP) for a seriously powerful, crystal-clear clean.
