The Hayward Aqua Critter Above Ground Pool Cleaner is a great addition to your residential above ground pool. It has the ability to efficiently clean your pool floor. The Hayward Aqua Critters are built for maximum water circulation and filtration. In fact, this little guy works right alongside your pool pump and filters to keep everything clean and healthy as it should be. Equipped with a SmartDrive program, the Hayward Aqua Critter knows exactly where it needs to go to retrieve as much dirt and grime as possible. All you need to do is set the cleaning cycle and then let the cleaner run its course. In order to keep your pool as clean as possible, it sucks up the water through the cleaner hose then the debris becomes trapped in a separate skimmer basket. All you have to do is connect it to your skimmer, and then let it use the same power source as your filtration system and watch the cleaning begin!

Hayward Aqua Critter Troubleshooting:
Slow/no forward movement:
Check for lack of/improper water flow through cleaner. If this appears to be the cause Clean the In-Line Leaf Canister, Hair and Lint Pot and Filter System. Check for partial blockage of cleaner throat, in which case clear blockage. Check for worn shoes or worn wings, and replace if necessary.Cleaners movement is fast and erratic:
If the cleaners movement is fast and erratic remove V512A, and turn off filter and turn cleaner upside down. Insert a small screwdriver in the notch at the rear of the opening. Using a prying motion, remove the throat.Cleaner sticks at ladder or wall:
If the cleaner appears to be stuck or "hung up" at the wall, ladder, or other obstruction, or anywhere else in the pool, and does not return to normal operation within a minute or so, turn the filter system OFF. Remove the cleaner from your pool. Check for blockages or any other obvious problems. Check the Bumper Ring for free rotation. Check filter system for water flow and re-install the cleaner. If the cleaner is getting stuck, contact your Hayward dealer or Hayward.Under no conditions should the cleaner remain in the pool connected to the filter system if the problem of getting stuck or "hung up" is not corrected.

Doheny’s is pleased to offer free next day delivery at no additional charge to most of the US for all Doheny's brand chemicals and many of our most popular swimming pool supplies. Next Day Delivery Service does not mean Next Day Air, but simply that your qualifying products will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you resulting in delivery the next day.
Some details regarding this service:
Other than for Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, not all products are stocked at all locations and therefore not available for next day delivery. Only those items with a Next Day Delivery designation on the product page can be expected to arrive the next day and orders must be placed by 4 pm local time (exceptions include areas serviced by our Florida, Texas, and Tennessee warehouses: Florida by 2 pm, Texas by 2:30 pm and Tennessee by 3 pm).
If you reside in the next day delivery area served by our Pleasant Prairie facility, order in-stock products and place your order by 4 pm CST you should receive your order the next day (except Saturday or Sunday). This applies to products even if they do not have a Next Day Delivery designation.
Because next day delivery is not guaranteed for standard service and residential deliveries are made only Monday through Saturday though Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, there is a chance that our product will not arrive the next day.
