Doheny's Master Start-Up Kit Instructions

First things first! Follow these simple steps for an easy pool opening.

Remove water and debris from pool cover. Remove and empty anchoring water bags. Remove cover, clean and store it. Clean out skimmers and main drain. Increase water level to the middle of skimmer opening. Check filter, pump, and heater for winter damage and replace all drain plugs. Start filtration system.

Master Start-Up Kit Contents (Up to 30,000 Gallons)

• 1 qt Metal Free
• 1 qt Water Clarifier
• 1 qt Pool Magic Spring + PHOSfree
• (2) 1 qt Spring Algaecide
• (4) 1 lb Super Shock Plus
• FREE 10-pack Test Strips

Step-by-Step Kit Application

Allow water to circulate for two hours between each step.

• Step 1: Add the full bottle (1 qt) of Metal Free to prevent staining and scaling.
• Step 2: Add all four bags (4 lb) of Super Shock Plus to eliminate bacteria.
• Step 3: Add both bottles (2 qt total) of Spring Algaecide to kill and prevent algae.
• Step 4: Add the full bottle (1 qt) of Water Clarifier to clear cloudy water.
• Step 5: Add the full bottle (1 qt) of Pool Magic Spring + PHOSfree to remove phosphates and prevent waterline rings.
