Looking to replace your safety cover?

We have several options that will match your current strap and anchor location from your existing safety cover (avoid drilling new holes into your cement, brick pavers, or wood deck). 

Only one option below is needed to duplicate your safety cover. 

1. If your prior safety cover is a GLI, Meyco, HPI, CoverTech or Latham and you have a serial number, the manufacturer will have your safety cover information on file.
   1. Please email [email protected] or your custom sales representative, with the serial number or plan number.
   2. If you have ordered from us, we may be able to find it in our system, please contact our Custom Sales Team at 1-800-574-7665 x 3 for Custom Sales.
2. Safety Cover Repair and Replacement Programs are available. GLI and HPI offer template remakes (matching up your strap and anchor spacing, so you won’t have to re-drill). Both manufacturers will send you a free box with a return label to send in your current cover.
   
   1. GLI Cover No Template Service Fee. Request a box from GLI here.
   2. HPI Cover Template Service Fee: The rectangle shape is $456.99 any other shape is $580.30. 
3. Manufacturers require two sets of A B Measurements (anchor and pool edge). 
   1. Your AB measurement line should be 3 feet further away from the anchors.
   2. The line should not intersect the pool in any direction, and be at least 2/3 the length of the pool, see the videos below.
   3. Complete the measuring form (refer to pages 6a-6b).

The alternative option is to order a stock cover and drill new anchors. Doheny’s doesn’t have grid layouts of our stock safety covers on file. If your pool is anything other than a rectangle, the warranty will be voided and it is no longer a safety cover.
